Information We Collect

Registration data: Full name, email address, and phone number collected at the time of workshop enrollment.
Payment data: UPI transaction screenshot uploaded to verify payment. We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.
Usage data: Basic analytics such as pages visited and time on site, collected via privacy-respecting analytics tools. No personally identifiable usage data is stored.
Referral data: If you enroll via a referral link, we record the referral code to credit the referring partner.

To send you workshop access details, session reminders, and your digital certificate of completion.
To verify your payment and confirm your enrollment.
To communicate important updates, reschedules, or changes to the workshop.
To improve our services based on aggregate usage patterns (no personal data).
Occasionally, to inform you of future workshops or offers — you can opt out at any time by emailing us.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
We use trusted third-party services — Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting & delivery), and Resend (transactional email) — solely to operate our platform. Each is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection standards.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Registration and payment data is retained for a minimum of 3 years from the date of enrollment as required for financial record-keeping under Indian law.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@advantskill.com. Requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

We use session cookies for authentication on our admin and partner dashboards only.
We do not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising cookies, or fingerprinting on the public-facing website.

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by emailing us.
