Our Commitment

At AdvantSkill, we believe in transparency and trust. We want you to feel confident while enrolling. If for any reason you decide not to continue, our refund process is simple and hassle-free.

7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

Learners are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of enrollment.

No questions will be asked during this period — simply email us.

The only deduction applicable will be payment gateway charges (as charged by the payment provider, typically 2–3%).

Refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment. This policy applies to:

    Send a refund request from your registered email to support@advantskill.com with subject line: REFUND REQUEST.

    We confirm within 24 hours

    Our team reviews your request and sends a confirmation email. No back-and-forth, no hoops to jump through.

    Refund credited in 5–7 business days

    The amount (minus payment gateway charges) is credited back via your original mode of payment — UPI, card, or net banking.

Refund requests made after 7 days from enrollment are not eligible for a monetary refund. However, we still want to help. Learners may request:

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where AdvantSkill is unable to deliver the workshop due to unforeseen reasons (speaker unavailability, technical failures, force majeure), learners will be offered:

Transfer to an equivalent program at no extra cost

The choice between a refund or alternative enrollment is entirely the learner's.

Refunds are processed fairly, transparently, and without unnecessary delays.

This policy is designed to protect both learners and the integrity of our programs.

Payment gateway charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Cancellation Within 7 Days

You may cancel your enrollment within 7 calendar days of payment to receive a full refund (minus payment gateway charges).

To cancel, email support@advantskill.com with subject line: CANCEL REQUEST from your registered email address.

Refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking).

Cancellation After 7 Days

Monetary refunds are not available for cancellation requests made after 7 days from the date of enrollment.

However, you may request a batch transfer or deferral to the next available cohort at no additional cost.

In case the workshop is cancelled by AdvantSkill for any reason, a full refund including gateway charges will be issued within 7 business days.

Digital Delivery

Instant Digital Access — No Physical Shipping

AdvantSkill sells digital products and services only — live online workshops, session recordings, and digital certificates. There is no physical product and therefore no physical shipping involved.

Access Confirmation

Workshop access details sent via email within 24 hours of payment verification.

Recordings

Session recording link delivered to your registered email within 48 hours after each session.

Certificate

Digital certificate of completion emailed within 7 days of workshop end.

All deliverables are sent to the email address provided at the time of registration. Please ensure your email address is correct. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@advantskill.com.
