Please read these terms carefully before enrolling. By registering for the AdvantSkill Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering for the AdvantSkill Workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, you may not proceed with enrollment.
  • These terms apply to all participants — students, early-career engineers, and working professionals alike.

Workshop Enrollment & Access

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with workshop access details at the registered email address.
  • Your enrollment grants access to the 2-day live online workshop, session recordings (where applicable), and shared resources.
  • Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details with third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • AdvantSkill reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants will be notified with adequate advance notice.

Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of enrollment to secure your seat. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • AdvantSkill uses third-party payment processors. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.
  • In the event of a duplicate charge or payment error, please contact us immediately at support@advantskill.com.

Intellectual Property

  • All workshop content — including slides, code samples, videos, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of AdvantSkill and its instructors.
  • Participants may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly share any workshop content without prior written consent.
  • You may use concepts and code demonstrated in the workshop for your own personal or professional projects.

Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners throughout the workshop.
  • Harassment, hate speech, spamming, or any form of disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the workshop without a refund.
  • Questions and discussions should remain relevant to the workshop topic. Off-topic promotions or solicitations are not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

  • AdvantSkill provides educational content on an 'as-is' basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or salary increases as a result of attending the workshop.
  • We are not liable for technical issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party software during the live sessions.
  • Our maximum liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid for the workshop registration.

Privacy & Data

  • By enrolling, you consent to AdvantSkill collecting and using your name, email address, and payment details solely for the purpose of delivering the workshop.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required for payment processing or as mandated by law.
  • You may request deletion of your data by emailing support@advantskill.com.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
  • AdvantSkill reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
